I returned to Ukraine in February 2026 for my sixth humanitarian-aid delivery trip. I had been kindly donated a freezer van by Bidfoods, and with my friend Jamie Fraser, we raised over £14,000. This money was used to purchase specialist rehabilitation equipment which will be given to the Mercy and Health Foundation for their 2nd Rehabilitation Centre in Kyiv for wounded civilians and veterans.
My previous trips in 2024 and 2025, were also in support of the Mercy and Health Foundation. The vans were given to the Border Brigade to be used to transport the deceased as well as a general utility vehicle.
Please do read the narratives of my previous trips to Ukraine:
The Mercy & Health Foundation, run by Dr Olexsandr Yatsyna (pictured below evacuating children from the recently bombed Okhmatdyt children's hospital in Kyiv), are urgently requesting another freezer van as well as funds to buy more rehabilitation equipment.
Therefore, we're looking to raise £10,000 and would be most grateful for any donations.
With an average of 300 people dying or being wounded each day, it's a desperate situation. A shocking statictic is that there are now over 41,000 people who have lost limb.
