Crisis Management Training

For companies and NGOs, the ability to either avoid a crisis situation or be able to react to unfolding events can be of vital importance. Objective is able to provide assistance and training in a bespoke manner. We can assist in the production of crisis management plans, provide help with training staff and finally, test plans and procedures via test exercises. Crisis management is not a ‘black art’; to be effective we strongly believe plans need to be simple and generic so that they can be adapted to the specific situation.

Let us help you identify and minimise risks that might affect your business and employees.  We have extensive experience of carrying out security reviews for NGOs, corporations and high networth individuals working and living abroad. What they say about Objective

"Objective have been enormously helpful, not only in training our staff to travel and work safely in post conflict settings, but also in equipping the organisation with its Crisis Management needs. We cannot recommend their services highly enough.”

George Shaw, Travel and Security Advisor, HIV/AIDS Alliance, March 2006.

"An excellent course which I’m sure we will run again in a couple of years. Charlie got the balance right between being informative without being over alarmist."

Stuart Caldwell, Health & Safety Advisor, Procter & Gamble, Newcastle, Feb 2006
